I must be my chief motivator and God is my support group.  In my weakest hour He will remind me of the strength and power of the indwelling Holy Spirit.  I must remind myself of  the kind of life I desire, and I must know beyond a shadow of doubt that only I can make it happen...I possess the power to make it happen!  Where I am today is a direct result of the decisions I made in the past.  Where I will be tomorrow, next month, next year, is determined by the decision I make right now.  I must fight for my life.  In order that I may enjoy an existence filled with limitless possibilities for happiness, health, and wholeness, I must choose to be passionate about my fullest potential, and fall in love with the best me that I can be; I must choose to be a healthy and fit person.  When I do that, I will signal the universe that I am ready and open to the most positive of positives; that I am prepared for the best because I have made the choice to be my personal best.   Father God, I ask You to please enlighten the eyes of my understanding and guide me to  a nutritional plan appropriate for my lifestyle and physicality.   Lead me across the path of individuals who will encourage and support my efforts.  During difficult times when my highest vision of myself is blurred, help me Dear Father, in the name of your precious son, Jesus Christ, by using your unlimited resources to get me back on track.  Lord, you know me intimately, teach me how to strengthen my weaknesses and build my strengths for my personal betterment.  Then I will be well prepared in every capacity to do the work that you have purposed me to do.
